• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
• 1/2 cup milk

• 1/4 cup dried rose buds

Instructions:
