Beetroot and Feta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of freeze-dried beetroot
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
