Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil

- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the Nigella seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.

Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green chilies, and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, and sauté for a minute until the spices are fragrant.

Add the diced potatoes and stir well to coat them with the spice mixture.

Pour in the water and add salt to taste. Stir well, cover the pan, and let the curry simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through and tender.
